In providing Avatar Live and Curious Bobby - Avatar Exporter (the "Software"), Curious Bobby Co. (the "Company") processes only the minimum information necessary.
1. Information we do not process
- Webcam video, and face and body tracking data
- Microphone audio
- What you type on the keyboard (desk hand motion does not save, record or transmit the characters you type)
- Avatar files and screen share video
- VRChat account information
These inputs are used only within the user's PC to move the avatar. Avatar Exporter does not transmit any information.
2. Information we process and its purposes

The Company does not use this information for any purpose other than those stated above, and does not track users for advertising or marketing purposes.
3. Retention period
- License information: while the license is valid, and for the period necessary to handle disputes and prevent unauthorized use
- Error reports: for the period necessary to resolve the problem
- Where laws and regulations require retention, for the period so required
4. Outsourcing of processing and transfer abroad
The license and update servers are operated using a cloud service (Cloudflare, Inc.), and information may be processed on that provider's servers outside Japan. Transmission takes place only over encrypted communication (HTTPS). The Company does not provide personal information to third parties except as required by laws and regulations.
5. Rights of users
Users may request access to, correction or deletion of, or suspension of the use of their own information. If license information is deleted, the license concerned can no longer be used. Please send requests through the contact channels listed in Seller Information.
6. Security measures

7. Applicable laws
This Policy complies with Japan's Act on the Protection of Personal Information and other related laws and regulations.
8. Changes
If this Policy changes, we will announce it on this site together with its effective date.
