Refund criteria#

• Payments and refunds for Avatar Live follow BOOTH's refund policy.
• Avatar Live is a downloadable digital product. Due to the nature of such products, withdrawal of the purchase or a refund is generally difficult once the purchase has been made.
• We would be grateful if you could check the items below before purchasing.

Before purchasing#

• Is your PC running Windows 10 / 11 64-bit? (macOS · Linux are not supported)
• Do you have a graphics card that supports DirectX 11?
• Do you have the Unity project of the avatar you want to use (Unity 2022.3.22f1, in a state that uploads to VRChat normally)? VRM · .vrca files alone cannot be used.
• Do you have a regular color webcam?
• Can you connect to the internet for activation and license checks?
• Have you checked the supported features?
• If you will stream or use it commercially, did you choose Pro? (Editions)
